Location: Nadi, Fiji FJ

About Fiji Airport

The major airport and gateway to the islands of Fiji is Nadi International Airport. Nadi is found on the west coast of Viti Levu, the main island of Fiji, and is practically on the opposite side of the island to Suva, the capital. Suva is serviced by its own, smaller international airport, but Nadi was chosen as Fiji’s major airport because the weather is drier on the west coast. Nadi International Airport – or Fiji Airport as it is also called – is about 20 minutes’ drive from the major resorts of Denarau Island. Nadi International Airport handles about 38 international scheduled flights a day and is the hub of national carrier Fiji Airways.
